Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is a right guaranteed by the Consumer Code which allows consumers to return a product purchased online within certain deadlines.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Some products may not be subject to the right of withdrawal due to their characteristics or for hygiene and safety reasons. These may include personalized products, perishable products, personal care products, or sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
Once we have received your return request and the returned product, we will evaluate the condition of the product within a reasonable period. If the return complies with the required conditions, we will proceed with the refund as quickly as possible no later than 15 working days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
