I cavi patch categoria 5e Classe D di DIGITUS® sono realizzati e testati secondo le norme ISO/IEC 11801 e DIN EN 50173 CAT 5e. Garantiscono che l'installazione del cavo corrisponda alle specifiche del canale ISO e offrono prestazioni eccellenti per il cablaggio 5e DIGITUS® CAT. La prestazione è stata testata fino a 100 MHz, comprese le caratteristiche prestazionali come per esempio la paradiafonia ("NEXT"). I cavi patch DIGITUS® sono stati progettati per soddisfare completamente tutte le richieste delle varie aree applicative. Ogni cavo è dotato di un salvacordone costampato con serracavo. Inoltre la guarnizione ha una protezione del fermo che impedisce l'aggrovigliamento del cavo così come la rottura della leva di arresto dal connettore. Sarà possibile una semplice identificazione della categoria 5e grazie alla colorazione blu della spina.
